EXCELLENT Based on 3 reviews Posted on Jayne CunninghamTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What a wonderful friendly company. Family run with the vulnerable customer front and centre. I had an issue with the adjustable bed .. telephoned and Nathan was so great. Had the part and out to repair in a timely manner pls Nathan had to go an extra mile to help get the bed fixed. Thank you so much for taking the stress away from me. Highly recommend.Posted on Ken BarnettTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Nice people, efficient, clean working, good advice, very helpful and prompt response. Fair prices, totally trustworthy. Would recommend this company without hesitation. Well done.Posted on Btj81baritoneTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I contacted this company a few months ago about repairing my severely disabled mum's mobility bed, which had been discontinued by the original supplier. After getting nowhere with other repair companies—most of whom were reluctant to help because the bed wasn’t one of their own brands—I was relieved to find Mobility Repair. They were more than happy to assist and came out promptly. The engineer was incredibly kind and even helped my mum into a chair before starting work on the motor. The repair was done efficiently, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend if you want straightforward service and genuine support when you need it most! Efficient and Speedy
My husband and I are both in our 80’s and we have two single adjustamatic electric beds purchased in 1995 one of which no longer worked. We searched on line and found Mobilityrepairshop and the speed and efficiency with which they solved our problem was truly amazing. They came to assess the problem the same afternoon of our original call and sorted the problem in record time even though it was over the Christmas holiday. Their customer relations were exemplary. This company will be my first point of call if I ever have problems in the future and I would, and do, recommend them most highly.

Riser recliner repair
Rang to get a quote for a repair to a riser recliner, Phillip arrived the next morning and fixed the damage caused by our removal company and ordered a replacement handset. Very professional and knowledgeable, would happily recommend him to others.

Excellent help
Mobility Repair Shop I am over 90 and have mobility problems, plus a five-year old riser-recliner chair. When cleaning under the chair, my carer found what seemed to be a broken part of its mechanism. As I depend on chair, I rang the Mobility Repair Shop for advice. Philip answered the phone, could not diagnose the problem from the photo I sent him, and offered to visit the next day. He checked the mechanism thoroughly, pronounced it AOK, and spent some time training me to use the chair correctly, explaining that he is also a trained mobility adviser and that I was in danger of injuring myself as I age it if I continued using wrongly. All that for a very modest £50. I will certainly ring the Mobility Repair Shop at once if I have any more concerns about the chair. I am left wondering why the salesman who sold me this expensive (but comfortable) chair did not show me how to use it properly.
